Maybe you already know breathing exercises exist.
You've seen journaling prompts.
You may even have saved a few videos thinking:
“I should try this when I get some time.”
And then another day passes.
Work happens.
Family needs something.
Your phone rings.
Your mind is already somewhere else.
And one more thing that's supposed to help you becomes another thing you're expected to do by yourself.
So for this one hour, don't.
Don't come here to learn ten more techniques.
Don't come prepared to perform calmness.
And don't worry about being “good” at mindfulness.
Just show up. I'll guide you through it.
I'm Brindha Thiyagarajan, founder of Aval Agam, and this is a first-time live experience of my Mindful Reset Circle.
We'll begin by slowing things down with guided settling practices.
From there, I'll take you through one longer guided mind-body experience designed to help you step away from autopilot and pay attention to what is happening within you.
You don't need to see perfect images.
You don't have to stop your thoughts.
And there is no particular emotion you're supposed to feel.
Your experience is allowed to be your experience.
After the guided practice, I'll give you time for journaling.
You won't be writing for me.
You won't be writing for the group.
You'll simply have a few uninterrupted minutes to put into words whatever you noticed.
And before we finish, we'll reflect briefly on the experience together.
No.
Mindful Reset Circle is not built around every woman publicly discussing her private life.
You can participate in the practices and keep your personal reflections to yourself.
That's completely okay.
This isn't about whether you've heard of the technique before.
There is a difference between knowing a practice exists and having a scheduled space where you actually stop, participate and let someone guide you through it.
That's what I want you to experience here.
Because I want you to experience the Circle before deciding whether regular guided practice belongs in your life.
This is not a discounted monthly membership.
It is a one-time introductory experience created specifically for women who have not attended the trial before.
If you leave thinking:
“I want somewhere that keeps bringing me back to this regularly,”
then you can continue inside the Mindful Reset Circle.
The Circle is ₹2,500 per month and currently includes eight live guided sessions.
Across the Circle, we work with different forms of breathing, mindfulness, body awareness, gentle movement, guided reflection and journaling.
The purpose is not intensity.
The purpose is repetition.
A space you can keep returning to instead of waiting until life finally becomes quiet enough.
And if you experience this hour and decide that it's enough for now, that's okay too.
You are not required to enrol simply because you attended.
You know practices that might help but rarely make time to do them.
You want to experience being guided rather than doing everything alone.
You want a women-centred emotional-wellness practice space without having to disclose your whole personal life.
Or you're simply curious about whether Mindful Reset Circle would feel right for you.
Come experience it once.
Then decide whether you want it in your week.
Book your first Mindful Reset experience with me.
