My name is Brian Kwa and I’m a well-established tech recruiter and founder of MPH(Motivation Passion Hustle) Tech Academy with over 5 years of experience; having helped hundreds of job seekers land their dream careers. Having grown up as a first-generation Asian American low income home with little-to-no guidance I was lost, to say the least. Unsatisfied with my undergrad in microbiology, I set out to find a fulfilling career that gave me purpose and direction. I tried so many odd jobs such as selling car parts online, to working for insurance, and even starting my own Youtube Channel. It wasn't until I stumbled upon recruiting that made it all click for me. I wanted to change lives and make a greater impact. As I hustled throughout the years, I was able to not only able to work for companies I never imagined working for such as Google, Youtube, & Uber but I was also able to build a network of colleagues and friends for life.
