My background: Despite being an over enthusiast first-generation law student, my discontentment and unhappiness around my work was evident to me right from my first job. From being a practitioner, to a LL.M candidate, to a corporate consultant, I got a fair chance to work my way up in the industry, but deep down I was struggling to belong to my profession and feel safe, despite all the professional and financial stability. It took me some good amount of denials, temporary/short term goals, random moves, toxic work cultures, burnouts; to stop chasing the unknown and start questioning these patterns and their annoyingly consistent presence in my life. My journey: After my last draining job, I took an overall pause to spend some time with myself and attempt to find my way out of this unknown trap which I was helplessly operating from. After dedicating some significant amount of time and effort on my mental health and emotional well-being, I was amazed to encounter and be audience to a whole new world within me comprising of my escape routes, fears, insecurities, self-doubts. Welcoming this self-growth journey, with some good amount of unlearning and dismantling of my old version, I could clearly: -- feel the magic and power of being connected to myself; -- identify and be grounded to my core values; -- take charge of my happiness, dreams, inner peace; -- be honest to myself about where I am and where I want to be; My mission: I, truly want everyone I come across to go acquire this empowered state of being and operate from it for the rest of their lives.
