Freelancing Deep Dive

This session is for people who are either a) thinking of becoming UX freelancers / consultants and want to get some advice before making the leap, or b) are already doing it, but want some advice and/or someone to bounce ideas off of. I love these sessions because I truly want you to be as successful as I have been!

Depending on your needs, I can talk you through how I got started, how I find clients, how I structure my projects, how I communicate with clients, how I choose my prices -- whatever is most helpful to you. I've been doing this for 7 years and I've learned lots of lessons along the way! I'm even comfortable sharing some real numbers with you...I'm pretty much an open book.

By the way, though the work that I do is UX research, the vast majority of what I can share with you will be applicable to any sort of tech freelancing.
