My background is in human-centered design and design thinking — acting as a “creative navigator”, I help teams find the right path by balancing the needs of creative talent and business outcomes. I started RedSeam to give small and midsize companies access to the kind of creative leadership usually reserved for big enterprises — and to give designers the kind of mentorship and community I wish I’d had earlier in my career.
