With over 10 years of experience in data and analytics consulting, I am passionate about helping clients unlock the power of data in a holistic and cross-functional manner across their organizations. As the Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics at Concentrix Catalyst, the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, I lead our analytics strategy services and business insights initiatives, leveraging human-centered design principles, systems thinking, and collaboration. My background in behavioral psychology and philosophy has inspired me to measure and interpret human behavior with data, and to build teams of empowered analytics evangelists. I have successfully delivered enterprise-level data warehouse, business intelligence, and financial/operational performance management solutions across various industries, such as tech, retail, media, transportation, and healthcare. I have also completed a certificate of data science from Willamette University, enhancing my skills in MLOps and data engineering.
