Hey there 👋 I’m a queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent DEI consultant and career coach. Finding a job is hard. Let me make it easier. Here's what I bring: ► I understand how hiring works. I’m a former recruiting professional who's reviewed resumes, worked with candidates, and implemented hiring practices at different companies. ► I know how to chart a course. I have several years of strategic planning experience across my in-house and consulting work. ► I know how to vet employers and identify red flags. I’m a DEI practitioner who’s seen the inner workings of many workplaces. ► I offer pragmatic advice to LGBTQ+ people in different situations. I’ve lived in both safe and unsafe communities and know they require different approaches. ► I speak from lived experience, not just theory.
