I am passionate about business in general. With over six years experience in Talent Acquisition and Human resources, I have a broad knowledge of how to onboard the best talent and retain them. Currently working as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at FanCode, I look at onboarding the best talent and work towards retaining them. My major experience lies in talent acquisition with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, HR policies and Employee Engagement activities. I closely work with the management, hiring managers and candidates to optimise the hiring process and work towards adopting industry best practices. When I’m not at work, I am either on a beach or shooting content for my food page (Bhukkadbobby) Recently, I went on a 2500km long road trip across northern India, to explore Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir exploring local cuisines and unexplored locations!
