I was born and brought up in an industrial town in eastern part of India, I did my B.Tech in electronics and telecommunication (peer pressure) just to realise I was never meant for it and my passion lies in Human Resources. Currently I am leading Total Rewards for Novozymes India, Middle East, and Africa. My role involves carving out the best compensation and benefits plan for these regions, assess data and understand the rewards needs and priorities. Sustainability is my mantra. I love hindi (Bollywood) movies, and hate to discuss anything related to politics. I love to travel and spend time with nature. Reading is a lost hobby and currently on a mission to revive it. I am passionate about empowering others, coaching and mentoring, talking about new rewards concepts. I stay away from people who spread negativity.
