As a Management Sales Trainee at East-West Seed, I am learning and applying the best practices of sales and marketing in the agribusiness sector. I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, as well as conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. I am also completed my MBA in Agri-Business from Utkal University, where I am gaining knowledge and skills in agricultural and extension education, agribusiness management, and rural development. I have completed multiple certifications and internships in the field of agribusiness, such as Agzistence series of knowledge sessions and Internship Certificate from Pan Seeds, Dhanuka agri tech. I am passionate about contributing to the growth and innovation of the agribusiness industry, and I am eager to leverage my communication, sales and marketing, and team leadership skills to achieve positive outcomes for farmers, consumers, and the environment.
