Biswadeep Ghosh Hazra has completed his MBA in Business Management with majors in Marketing, Operations, and Systems and minors in Decision Sciences from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). He is currently working as a Senior Research Analyst at HFS Research. Biswadeep has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia. Previously, he worked as a Functional Consultant for Deloitte Digital, as a Lead Analyst at Avasant on their Business Process Transformation and Digital Operations and Connectivity theme, as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Tech Mahindra, and as a content writer and manager in a company called ExamFocus. Biswadeep is passionate about writing poetry, short stories, novellas, and plays and has published his works in various national and international magazines, books, and journals. This passion turned hobby was inculcated within him by his mother, who bought him storybooks to read since he was a kid. He has over a decade of experience in content writing, including writing articles, web content, brochures, and marketing materials for various companies, websites, and individuals. He has worked for websites like Mahatma Gandhi University, Veg Momos, Youth4Work, Greed to Read, Caleidoscope EMag, Su-Kam, and a plethora of other websites and blogs.
