Currently leading three Workover Installations, DM–2, CH–2 and CH–11, comprising of 102 employees as an Installation Manager, helped achieving well completions more than Annual targets consistently for three FYs and contributed to overall Workover Cumulative Production of 333,515 kL of crude oil and 337.49 MMSCM of Natural Gas past three FYs. I contributed to preparation of Workover Operation Manual, also prepared SAP ERP Manuals for new and existing executives, and was involved in the team to retrieve 3735 m of Coiled tubing fish with Rig CH–11 using specially designed Overshot with Basket Grapple after which fish recovery job was executed successfully. I love to prepare 3D mechanical design, simulation, visualization of machineries on Autodesk Inventor.
