This coaching program is designed for engineers preparing for embedded systems interviews who already know the fundamentals but need guidance on how to apply them effectively during the hiring process. Instead of re-teaching concepts, the program focuses on how interviewers evaluate candidates, what types of problems typically appear in embedded interviews, and how to communicate technical thinking clearly.
Across a series of interactive sessions over 2–3 months, participants will learn how to approach embedded interview questions.
Each session will include discussions of common interview patterns, walkthroughs of real-world problem-solving strategies, and guidance on structuring answers.
Participants will also receive mentoring on portfolio projects, resume positioning, and technical storytelling so they can demonstrate their experience effectively.
The program is guided by a mentor & coach with real-world embedded systems experience who have interviewed for Embedded systems software, firmware and systems roles and know how embedded roles are evaluated in industry, helping candidates translate their knowledge into confident, structured interview performance.
Duration: 4 sessions (30 minutes each) over ~4–6 weeks
