Hello! I’m Biplab Bikash Panigrahi, a public health professional with hands-on experience across program management, disease surveillance, telemedicine, and health systems strengthening. Currently, I serve as Program Manager at Apollo Telemedicine, leading the setup and management of 100 telemedicine centers in Odisha—working closely with government agencies, healthcare providers, and technology partners to bring accessible healthcare to communities. Beyond implementation, I enjoy training, content development, quality assessment, and research. My work spans from TB, Malaria, Leprosy, Health Technology Assessments, Telemedicine and preparing hospitals for NABH, NQAS, LaQshya, and Kayakalp certifications. With a Master of Public Health (IIPHG), a Post-graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration (TISS), and a Pharmacy background, I combine technical expertise with practical field experience.
