I am an experienced professional in program delivery, product design, and development with a hands-on track record in banking, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, software, and IT industries. I have authored 5 books and a chapter in the Springer Handbook of Automation. I was awarded the American Society for Quality’s Crosby Medal for his book Design for Trustworthy Software.
