As a Human Resources L&D Specialist at Deloitte India (Offices of the US), I manage and support learning programs and projects for the consulting business, working closely with the COE Development team and the stakeholders. I have successfully launched and managed the Enterprise Performance (EP) calendar monthly, as well as supported the AI Academy project, which is a strategic initiative to enhance the AI capabilities of the consultants. I have a strong background in learning and organizational development, with a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Heritage Business School, where I ranked first in my batch and served as the cultural secretary and the industry-institution interface member. I also have a certification in Design Thinking and Instructional Design, which help me design and deliver effective learning solutions. I am skilled in handling the SAP SuccessFactors LMS system, which I used extensively in my previous role as an HR Consultant at Biocon, where I handled critical HR projects related to L&D and LMS integration. I am adaptable, ethical, and dedicated, always willing to go the extra mile and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
