He has worked with high-tech and telco clients across the GTM space (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support) and IT to perform operating model transformation, market entry assessment, target state process definition, envision AI use-cases across customer journey and business functions, perform capability and KPI assessment driving benefits such as optimized cost-to-serve and CX. During his B-school days, he won numerous marketing & business challenges with global brands like Nestle, GSK, Marico etc., and was awarded as ‘D2C Top 100 Competitive Business Leader’ in 2019.
