Before starting my own business in 2012, I have worked with top organizations in various industries since 2001. I help Businesses on two fronts: Internal and External. On the internal front: My approach to IMPROVIING is through Lean Six Sigma, EXECUTING successfully through Project Management, and ANALYZING & MONITORING through Business Intelligence. On the external front: My approach to WIN in the Market is through structured and strategized execution of relevant Sales and Marketing Aspects. I am a Master Engineer and an Entrepreneur. I have over 19 years of experience in various industries like FMCG, Ordnance, Automotive, Development Economics and Manufacturing. Certified in Project Management, Scrum & Agile, Lean Six Sigma and Sales & Marketing. Consulting projects include Enterprise Lean Transformation, Design and deployment of Business Intelligence system, Project Management Policy and procedures documentation and implementation, Digital Marketing capacity building and E-enablement of businesses for Ecommerce. I have a growing list of clients in Pakistan, USA, Australia, Nigeria, UAE, Trinidad and Tobago and Bahrain. I regularly speak at different forums: Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Universities. When possible, provide free training to charity and social welfare organizations, especially in Education and Healthcare. I love to travel and spend my leisure time in vast natural surroundings, be it a Valley, a Desert or Sea. I love vast open spaces where I can see the full sky and the horizons around me. Although, at times, I also like to camp in a jungle.
