That’s when I realized: if people have CIBIL scores to measure creditworthiness, why don’t properties have something similar? And so, PropertyCIBIL was born — a mission-driven platform to ensure that no entrepreneur, homebuyer, or investor suffers because of hidden legal landmines in real estate. We aim to bring transparency, accountability, and trust to the property ecosystem.
