The Sanskrit Effect is a guided 90-day mentorship designed to help children develop focus, emotional balance, confidence, memory, and inner calm through personalized Sanskrit practices rooted in Sanatan Dharma.
Every child is unique. Instead of following a fixed curriculum, we study the child's emotional patterns, fears, attention span, energy levels, strengths, natural interests, and spiritual inclinations to create a routine that aligns with their individual nature.
Step 1: Pre-Assessment Parents complete a detailed assessment questionnaire covering the child's behaviour, strengths, challenges, birth details, emotional tendencies, daily routines, and spiritual inclinations.
Step 2: Initial Assessment Call (60 Minutes) A one-on-one consultation with the parent to understand the child in greater depth.
Following this call, the child receives a personalized starter routine which may include: • Sanskrit shlokas and mantras • Simple pranayama practices • Daily schedule recommendations • Lifestyle and dietary guidance • Parent observation points
Step 3: Integration Phase (First 14 Days) The child follows the routine while parents spend 15–20 minutes daily observing behavioural patterns and responses.
Research in child psychology shows that habits are formed more successfully when introduced gradually and reinforced consistently within familiar daily routines. The first two weeks are therefore focused on adaptation rather than performance.
Step 4: First Review Call (Day 14) We review: • Child's comfort with the practices • Emotional responses • Focus levels • Resistance patterns • Parent observations
The routine is then adjusted according to the child's response.
Step 5: Ongoing Refinement Calls Review calls are conducted approximately every 10–12 days throughout the mentorship.
These sessions help us: • Track behavioural changes • Identify emerging strengths • Modify practices when needed • Ensure the routine remains aligned with the child's growth
Behavioural science consistently shows that repetition combined with periodic feedback creates stronger and more sustainable habits than rigid instruction alone. Small adjustments made at the right time often produce greater long-term results than drastic changes.
• Fear and anxiety • Emotional sensitivity • Poor concentration • Low confidence • Memory and attention challenges • Excessive screen dependence • Difficulty maintaining discipline and routines
• Personalized Sanskrit routine • Individual attention and guidance • Periodic review calls • Behavioural observations and adjustments • Practical support for emotional and cognitive development • A natural connection with devotion and inner calm
Only 7 children are accepted per cycle to ensure sufficient time and attention for every child.
I would rather work with a few committed families and give each child the time they deserve than accept more enrollments than I can responsibly mentor.
Duration: 90 Days Parent Commitment: 15–20 minutes daily during the observation phase Review Calls: Approximately every 10–12 days Program Investment: ₹4,999
