After having mentored 60+ early career professionals, I have come up with this 8 session package which covers all the relevant coaching areas, requires optimum effort on the part of the mentees and has tangible and meaningful outcomes!

We'll use the first 3 sessions to unlock your motivations, strengths and USP.

The next 2 sessions will be all about crafting your unique story and elevator pitch.

The last 3 sessions will be about identifying the functional area where you'll thrive, tailoring your CV for the relevant roles in that function and crafting an outreach strategy.

P.S This coaching package requires homework and additional effort outside the coaching hours.
