I am an ex-Army Major and an alum of IIM Bangalore, having extensive experience in leading transformation programs. My work involves extensive stakeholder consultations, complex planning, simplifying processes and journeys, and change management. I have implemented complex programs for Indian Army, Freshworks, and Kotak Securities. I established Global Partner Enablement and Success for Freshworks, strategizing and executing the success of Solution Partners, SIs, and Strategic Partners on Cloud hosted solutions. I follow a data-driven approach in my work and my role involves building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I have been utilizing my Military Experience of strategically building functions from scratch in a VUCA environment and the domain knowledge acquired at IIM B to build and scale the function globally.
