Hi, I’m Bhupendra Singh, a BCom graduate from Allahabad University. When I was pursuing BCom, people often told me, “You won’t get a good job with just a BCom; you’ll need a professional course.” But I proved them wrong. In second year, I cleared three challenging rounds to secure a role as an Associate Consultant at Collegedunia. I turned it down because I wanted to focus on building a career in Finance, Auditing, and Accounting. During my final year, I interned at a CA firm, where I had the opportunity to work on auditing for Maruti Suzuki. After graduating, I faced rejection in the final round of an intense five-round interview for a startup. That experience taught me invaluable lessons about interviews—what not to say and what recruiters truly value. A month later, I was selected as an Accounts Payable Executive at Genpact. However, I declined the offer because I aspired for something bigger. Eventually, I landed my dream role at my dream company, Indicaa Group FZE.
