With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, I am passionate to leverage technology to build innovative solutions currently working to build Medzell a global b2b platform to drive digital transformation for medical equipment businesses across various domains. I lead a team of talented engineers, designers, and analysts who work on creating cutting-edge products and services that enhance customer experience processes, and leverage artificial intelligence. I am also passionate about empowering women to pursue their careers in tech and non-tech fields, especially after a career break, launched the SuperMom Launchpad program, an initiative that has enabled more than 100 women so far to get back to mainstream working. The program offers training, mentoring, networking, and placement opportunities for women who want to make a difference in the world. I believe that by creating an inclusive and supportive ecosystem, we can foster innovation and diversity in the tech industry and beyond.
