Bhavya is a business analyst with applications across the employee life cycle in an organisation. She is involved with identifying and filling up the gaps in various processes that affect the end users, focusing greatly on productivity and enhancing employee experience. At a firm, as large as Infosys, one gets great opportunities to work on numerous projects that definitely ensures 360° development and skill acquisition. She is a MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Her focus areas include Strategy and Marketing. At her time at IIM Rohtak, she was a member of Industry Relations and Interaction Cell, IIM Rohtak. Her Summer Internship was with IndiaMart in Brand Strategy domain wherein she curated a business model for Paid Ads service on their platform. During my project with Airtel, she analysed the feasibility of online lead generation. She pursued Economics Hons from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. She has undertaken two research projects on Brand Loyalty, and Uber Vs Own Car. During my 3 years here, she was a part of Enactus Maitreyi and led her team to the Enactus National Competition in July 2018 as the President of the committee. She was also a part of the organising team that organised a talk on Public Health by Dr Sue Desmond, CEO, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
