In her current role as Associate Director in Business Intelligence, Bhavna helps develop and operationalize strategy. In particular, her role often involves leading, planning and enabling 360-degree initiatives in the organization as it scales through a period of intense growth and transformation. With a deep focus on process improvement, operational efficiency and enhancing talent experience for employees, her role often involves wearing multiple hats ultimately leading up to these core values. With a strong background in client service excellence through managing and creating high-performing teams, Bhavna brings over 13 years of experience from her previous role where she worked within the Investment Management & Digital Assets practice at Deloitte US India. During her tenure, she led a variety of nuanced and complex alternative investment, venture debt, venture capital, blockchain and digital asset legacy clients for the firm. Her experience working at several US offices (Chicago, Washington DC, Stamford, San Francisco) exposed her to the finer nuances of professional and cultural etiquettes with an appreciation for working with diverse teams. She is a proud alumnus of Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College, University of Delhi and a CPA (pursuing her license).
