Have led global teams while handling massive infrastructure driving Teams scale out 10x during COVID surge. Currently, I am leading a talented team of engineers at ConverzAI, a conversation intelligence platform that leverages AI to transform customer interactions into actionable insights. As the Director of Engineering, I am responsible for bootstrapping and expanding the India team, growing from 5 to 60+ employees in past 1.5 years, and driving innovation and performance in the field.
