Bhaswati is an experienced Java backend developer and has worked in a project for a Fortune 500 aircraft manufacturing and maintenance client. For the past 3+ years she has actively contributed in developing new capabilities in the project while maintaining 100% client satisfaction. Presently she is pursuing her MBA from SCMHRD, Pune. Technical Skills: Java, OOPs, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Web Security, MySQL, Microsoft Azure, Basic DevOps, Python She has been an active member of different societies in her undergrad college and also coordinated with the Student's Welfare Committee for organizing several events throughout her four years B.tech journey. Being the Women in Engineering Lead of IEEE HIT Student Branch for the tenure of 2019-2020, she had helped the team in attracting female talents to technological interface. She is an extrovert and initiator when it comes to effective communication. Along with the intra college events she has been a host in both cultural and technical domains for various other occasions. Last but not the least she got the recognition of the Student of the Year for the academic year of 2018-2019 for best overall performance.
