This call is for students and professionals who want to break into the Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office / EIR roles, are already in one and planning next steps, or want clarity on what the role actually involves.

I previously worked as Chief of Staff at Metadome.ai, partnering closely with the founders across fundraising ($11M+ raised), incubation selection(Google, Stanford), hiring, product building(15+), client acquisition(HUL, Titan, Zepto, etc), delivery, and internal systems, including training and managing other CEO’s office roles.

I’ve also mentored 50+ CoS / Founder’s Office / EIR professionals across India and abroad, and have conducted workshops and masterclasses on the CoS role at places like Masters’ Union.

What We’ll Do in This Call

  1. Understand your current context (aspiring CoS, current CoS, or exploring next moves)
  2. Get clarity on what the role looks like in practice, not theory
  3. Identify skills, gaps, and expectations for your stage
  4. Discuss preparation, performance, and progression

Areas I Can Help With

Understanding the Role: What a CoS / Founder’s Office role actually involves across different startups and stages, and how it differs from adjacent roles.

Getting the Job: Skill-building roadmap, resume positioning, interview preparation, and salary negotiation for CoS roles.

Succeeding on the Job: Problem-solving support, founder communication, prioritisation, and decision-making in high-ambiguity environments.

Exposure & AMA: Candid insights from my own CoS experience — fundraising, hiring, product, clients, and internal execution — with open Q&A.

What’s Next After CoS: Understanding post-CoS career paths and how to plan your next move intentionally.

This session is meant to give you clarity, confidence, and real-world perspective on the CoS / Founder’s Office journey.
