Hi folks, I'm Bhaskar. I am a self-taught designer & marketer. I love communicating through design in all the available forms, right from sophisticated design for a software product to a quick info shot for a flyer. On the marketing front, I like taking ownership of it end-to-end, from strategy to execution & measuring the impact of campaigns. Of course, I don't do it alone, I have an amazing team that I am privileged to head. I am currently with a very well-funded startup called SmartQ actively working and part of the core team, joined SmartQ in the nascent stage about 8 years ago. I am a naturally curious & inquisitive person in nature, most of the time of the day is spent on things that aid in passive & active learning, I enjoy learning from everything - from MOOCs to social media to interacting with people, to a pint where some of my close ones think I am a nerd (Disclaimer: I don't think I'm a nerd, I'm a teetotaler though) I am constantly looking for ways to contribute to society in any capacity possible, absolutely love it when my work helps or equips me to make an impact on society. Apart from these, I do take up consulting & freelance projects. Worked on over 60+ projects with over 20+ brands - both B2C & B2B, mostly startups & SMBs, mostly on projects relating to Product, Design & Marketing.
