1:1 Referral Review Call

This 1:1 session is designed to support individuals seeking career referrals by first gaining a comprehensive understanding of their profile and aspirations. The call will begin with a conversation to get to know the candidate, including their background, skills, and current professional standing.

We will then move on to understand the candidate’s goals, aspirations, and priorities, helping to assess alignment with potential opportunities. Based on this discussion, I will either proceed with making a referral where appropriate, or provide guidance toward the right point of contact or next step to help the candidate move forward effectively in their career journey.

This session is ideal for candidates who are referral-ready or seeking clarity on how to become so.
