Testimonials

  • I had my first session with Bharath, and it was exactly what I needed. He’s gentle, observant, and really makes you feel seen. I left feeling lighter and with a clear plan for the week ahead. Grateful for the session.

  • Therapy with Bharath over the last six months has helped me in ways I didn’t expect. I used to be anxious and on edge all the time because of family issues, but now I feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

  • Heyyy, I still wish I could have more therapy sessions with you, that's how good it went. You were really able to help me open up without tearing up so much and your patience and kindness is really great in listening to me. You really did make a big difference in regulating my emotions. Thank you!

About me

I am a Psychotherapist with over 1022+ hours of supervised practice, here to support you if you’re navigating challenges such as emotional regulation, grief, familial conflicts, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, or existential concerns. I currently work with adults in early to mid-adulthood (ages 19–38) from diverse personal and professional backgrounds. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) in Complex Trauma Therapy. I continue to practice under professional supervision to ensure reflective, ethical, and high-quality care. My approach is trauma-informed, intersectional, and queer-affirmed, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen and heard. In our sessions, I draw from post-modern approaches, with a primary focus on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. My goal is to help you become more independent in your healing journey by understanding your roots, building awareness, and developing clear strategies and a toolkit to navigate life. Alongside my private practice, I serve in City Leadership with Teach For India and am the Founder of The Grey Sunshine Project, a non-profit working to make school-based mental health support accessible. These experiences give me a broader perspective on both individual healing and systemic change, which I bring into the therapeutic space with you. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey of healing and growth, and together, we can explore ways for you to move toward greater emotional safety, resilience, and self-understanding.
