● 7+ years of experience on managing discovery phase and the full SLDC for projects that included on configuration, customization & deploying of Salesforce Applications. ● Implementation on provide end to end delivery of salesforce projects which involve planning, design, assessment, developing, integration, testing and deploying on salesforce platform of client implementations. ● Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, architecting, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs. ● Participate in workforce management and involved in employee scheduling, internal employee rotations/cross-training efforts, and performance management ● Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member in a constructive manner.
