I eventually decided to pursue professional studies, but it was a field that was completely new to me. However, during my BBA studies, I realized that I had developed a newfound confidence, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the importance of people within any organization. This led me to specialize in HR, and I haven't looked back since. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries, including education, FMCG, political, digital marketing, and IT/software. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge about HR practices and have allowed me to develop a versatile skill set. As an HR professional, I am passionate about helping people and serving my community. I am proud to be associated with an NGO, where I can make a positive impact on people's lives and find fulfillment in my work. For me, being an HR professional is not just a job, but a means to live my dream of helping people in any way I can.
