Subsequently, utilizing this experience in online retail I moved on to build a fashion jewelry brand in e-commerce, to cater to a niche business vertical in India & make global trends affordable through a multi-designer platform. I have also worked at the Chief Minister's Office, as a Strategy Associate under the direct mentorship of the Managing Director, I.A.S. for Navi Mumbai city development authority to gain leadership experience for large scale projects. I led a flagship initiative to launch a smart city program & a strategy for reporting of key growth indicators of these infrastructure projects across the region in order to improve the execution of the city development plan.
