Hello there, I am Betty, I perceive the therapeutic space to be political and grounded in intersectionality. I aim to use their ‘self’ as an instrument of change. I draw from feminist theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, and SFBT modules. I am kink-aware, anti-caste, and is trauma-informed. They are neuroqueer and critically explores society’s need for neuro conformity and monogamous cis-heteronormativity. I have worked with people in the age group of 18-40 for the past one and a half year. Main area of work: childhood and sexual trauma work, anxiety, depression, BPD, ADHD, relationship issue, work stress, gender and sexuality, general lifestyle management.
