In my current job, I move teams every 3 to 6 months, leading conversations with C-levels and building strong commercial success across multiple industries (Fashion, Tech, Leisure, Luxury, CPG) and multiple markets (FR, DE, UK, IE). 2/ Growing others: nothing brings me more energy than empowering people to own and develop their strengths.
