I’m a Data Analyst with 5 years of experience, currently working at Kotak 811, where I focus on solving high-impact problems in Rewards engine I love using data to drive real business outcomes — whether that’s building decision-making dashboards, optimizing reward systems, or identifying growth opportunities through deep customer and transaction analysis. Recently, I’ve been working on Forex and rewards analytics, uncovering insights to improve cross-sell, retention, and overall product engagement. Before this, I worked at Namma Yatri, where I was part of the journey scaling rides from 6,000 to 120,000+ per day. One of my favorite projects was improving driver acceptance rates through microfunnel dashboards and incentive optimization — a great example of how small, data-driven changes can create outsized impact. I also bring experience from Coda Payments (Fraud & Risk), where I helped monitor and control fraud across 65+ countries and 300+ payment channels, ensuring losses stayed within tight thresholds.
