I have a track record of developing and executing strategy initiatives through business case creation, effective product team development and management, as well as easy-to-deliver product roadmap outputs across a variety of stakeholders. My success in two vastly different industries has led me to develop innovative products and methodologies, which grew bottom lines by $200MM+ and increased customer satisfaction more than 300%. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with C-suite executives and Senior Executive leadership to deliver portfolio enhancements that created transformative growth for the enterprise. I have designed and implemented product & sales strategies, optimized existing products, and developed partnership structures to foster strategy alignment and clarity across teams.
