I’m currently working in AI/ML and GenAI, with hands-on experience across internships, production systems, hackathons, and open-source contributions. But I didn’t begin with a clear roadmap — I learned things the hard way. Like many students, I struggled early on with questions such as: Which field should I choose? Are my projects good enough? Why am I not getting internship calls despite “doing everything”? Through consistent experimentation — building projects, participating in competitions, applying to roles, and working in real teams — I learned how to move from “student-level work” to industry-ready thinking. Today, I mentor freshers and early-stage students who want honest, practical guidance on: Choosing the right direction early (without panic) Turning college projects into resume-worthy work Improving resumes for internships and entry-level roles Understanding what recruiters actually look for at the fresher level My approach is straightforward, realistic, and based on recent experience not generic advice.
