About me

I’ve spent the last seven years building consumer brands and unlearning how to build them the wrong way. I grew up in a high-pressure business environment. Speed was everything. Mistakes weren’t tolerated. So I learned to move fast and hold myself to very high standards. When my first venture failed, I didn’t move on casually. I tore it apart. Every flawed assumption. Every shortcut. Every band-aid solution I had used instead of doing the hard structural work. That changed how I build. I believe most businesses don’t break because of big dramatic failures. They break because founders keep putting band-aids on problems that require surgery, hiring misfits instead of fixing org design, discounting instead of fixing positioning, firefighting instead of building systems. I care about scaling revenue. I care about speed. But I care about doing it with alignment, clean processes, and strong fundamentals so that once something is fixed, it’s actually fixed. Outside of work, I train, stay social, attend events, and consciously design a life that isn’t driven only by urgency. I’m ambitious. I move fast. But I build for durability. Still building. Just sharper now.
