ICAEW chartered accountant and holder of a Master of Finance degree from Cambridge University with experience in corporate finance, financial advisory and evaluating high-growth tech businesses. I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC Malta in transaction services focusing on FDD across wide range of sectors helping clients to identify deals-related risks and solutions. Prior to that, I have worked for a year in London as intern analyst in 2 tech growth investment funds. Before that, I spent 3+ years with PwC and Deloitte in Mauritius in deals. My experience and skills include financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and deal execution on transactions spanning mid-market deals to Series A+ funding rounds.
