Hi, I’m Barkha Sharma, and I’m passionate about making mental health and career guidance accessible and relatable for everyone. With over 7 years of diverse experience, I’ve had the privilege of working across various sectors to support individuals with interpersonal, academic, and career-related challenges. I’m the founder of Psyheal, a unique mental well-being platform where I strive to create a space of acceptance and raise awareness about the crucial yet often overlooked aspects of our lives. At Psyheal, we’re dedicated to normalizing mental health conversations and breaking down barriers to understanding. In my journey, I’ve had the joy of training over 15,000 students and guiding more than 50 aspiring psychologists this year alone. I’ve collaborated with esteemed institutions like Amity University, Rishihood University, and Delhi University, sharing insights as a career expert and contributing to the growth of future professionals. I’m also actively involved as a consultant and speaker, bringing mental health and career guidance to various forums. My educational background includes a bachelor’s and master’s in Clinical Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.
