I’ve led projects that hit $25M+ in market cap, with a total project portfolio crossing $100M. Whether it’s understanding client’s needs, refining strategies, creating SOPs or working with designers and software developers, I love turning ideas into real scalable products. Right now, I work as Founder’s Office & Product/OPS Head, which basically means I do a bit of everything- leading teams, streamlining operations, and making sure projects don’t just launch, but thrive. Working directly with the founders has given me deep insights into startup growth, management, hiring decisions, and everything in between.
