I am a Bachelor of Management Studies Graduate from the University of Mumbai, and the founder of Balbale Consulting Services, a new age recruitment consulting company based in Navi Mumbai. My core competencies include new business development, client onboarding, and recruitment. Since launching Balbale Consulting Services in April 2024, I have been working with clients in varied sectors on a Pan India basis, offering them quality and customized recruitment services. I have successfully onboarded several clients without signing any agreement, demonstrating my trustworthiness and professionalism. I am passionate about showcasing my expertise, capability, and quality of service, rather than increasing my customer base on papers.
