Experienced Senior Data Scientist/Lead, Strong research professional with a Master of Science (MS) focused in Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, Advanced NLP, Time Series Forecasting , Computer Vision , Reinforcement Learning from Southern Methodist University, my interests lie in the application of Advanced NLP, Speech to Text -ASR, LLM Transformer/Diffusion Models using Deep Neural Networks, Forecasting, Computer Vision with complex object detection/segmentation/boundary detection , Complex Reinforcement Learning problems, AR/VR/Metaverse and Predictive Analytics. I did many Advanced NLP projects in Telecom domain-Call Centers AI Transformation for Deutche Telecom, Dell Call Center using Advanced NLP which AI transformed traditional call centers. I did few AI projects using Computer Vision which transformed Hanover Insurance auto home inspection and auto Collison estimation without manual visit, predicted Tenet Health Care patient re-admission rate for HRRP. I built many statistical propensity to churn, risk scoring models ,fraud detection models ,AML Models, Anomaly Detection Models and A/B Flows for Bank of America, Chase , SunTrust, Wachovia, TD and CIBC. I built few Reinforcement Learning Multi Agent models. I was part of AI Lead - NTT Data's parent company Nippon Telegraph and Telephone -Japan funded AI Platform called "Nucleus" [ Small Scale version of Azure/AWS] components Reasoning/Recommendation Engine, Graph Networks based Root Cause Detection Engine development. I have 3 years of Telecom, 10 years of banking[ Retail, Investment Banking, Card Products] ,5 years health care and 2 years Insurance domain experience in USA and Canada. I have strong programming skills using Python, R, Scala, Julia, Java ,SQL and scripting languages. I deployed production models in AWS, Azure and GCP , built all components in cloud for production models. I used Data bricks, Snowflake Analytics /AI Platforms in my projects. I did many POCs , AI components, Tools Development , currently I am doing POC using Nvidia AI Platform.
