UK Public Health Application Evidence Checklist

A 12-page checklist you work through with your draft statement in front of you, built around the CLEAR framework:

C Criteria match — every paragraph earns its place by proving an essential criterion

E Execution, ownership and judgement — the decisions you made, not the tasks you completed

Each section has a check-the-signal list, space for your own evidence, and weak-versus-stronger rewrites of real application language. You also get an impact lens covering reach, quality, efficiency, equity and sustainability, a supporting-statement structure guide with suggested proportions, and a final 15-minute submission gate that ends in READY, REVISE or PAUSE.

Specific guidance included on translating international experience without renaming overseas systems as NHS equivalents, and on using AI to sharpen a draft without inventing experience you cannot defend at interview.
