An Attorney registered with the Bar Council of India, having worked on matters of corporate law, currently pursuing the Post-Graduate Insolvency Programme (erstwhile GIP) at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal after a Master's in Corporate & Commercial Law from the National Law University Odisha, Cuttack (2021-22). I have represented clients before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Delhi High Court, and other subordinate Courts in Delhi NCT in partially effective hearings and also in hearings to issue Notice under the Section 7 & 9 of IBC, 2016; Section 252 of Companies Act, 2013 and so on during my tenure as a practicing Advocate. As a freelancer, I have been trusted with assignments on a variety of matters mostly focusing on drafting of Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Legal Notices & Opinions. I also have assisted an e-learning platform (mmerak.com) for CLAT, competitive examinations in Odisha & soft-skills training. Currently, specialising in restructuring and turnaround by assisting an Insolvency Professional Entity based in Mumbai to register as an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
