I am currently pursuing Business Management at XLRI Jamshedpur and will soon join EY-Parthenon as a Strategy Consulting Intern. Previously, I worked in HR roles at Walmart and BCG, where I gained valuable experience in talent management, strategic HR practices, and organizational development. My journey has been driven by a passion for solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions at the intersection of people and business strategy.
