Hi there! I'm Ayush, a Software Engineer II at Uber in Bengaluru, where I'm currently working as a lead engineer on LLM-powered chatbots to enhance productivity. My journey in tech started at IIT Kharagpur, where I completed my Integrated Master's with a Minor in Computer Science. I have a strong foundation in problem-solving, proven by my competitive programming background with a 2200+ rating on CodeChef and a top rank (281) in Google Kickstart. Before Uber, I was a Senior Software Engineer at Sprinklr , where I built and scaled high-impact backend systems for live chat and commerce, handling over 300,000 daily transactions. I have hands-on experience designing, developing, and migrating large-scale distributed systems using technologies like Java, Go, Microservices, Kafka, and various databases. I've successfully navigated the path from a student at a top university to an intern and now to an SDE II at one of the world's leading tech companies. I'm here to share my learnings and help you with: 1. Cracking coding interviews for top product-based companies. 2. Designing robust and scalable systems. 3. Crafting a resume that gets noticed by recruiters. 4. Growing from a junior to a senior engineering role. Let's connect and chart out the next steps for your career!
